Inspect the visible damage
We review stains, missing materials, lifted shingles, flashing, vents, and roof edges to identify the areas tied to the concern.
We inspect roof damage and plan repairs around the affected materials and roof details. Free Consultations are available, with clear pricing and timelines for the work ahead.
A defined repair scope helps separate visible roof damage from the source of the leak.
Repair planning keeps related parts, such as flashing and shingles, in the same decision.
A documented work plan helps homeowners and commercial clients weigh repair against broader roof work.
Roof Repair is a construction service that restores damaged roof materials and closes pathways for water entry.

Roof repair covers damage that can be addressed within the existing roof system. We assess shingles, underlayment, flashing, vents, roof edges, and visible water paths. Cost rises when damage extends beneath the surface, reaches several roof sections, or involves hard-to-access details. Material type, repair area, roof layout, and the source of water entry all shape the work plan. A small visible mark does not always show the full repair scope. We focus on the entry path, surrounding materials, and the condition that caused the problem. Regular roof checks can also help identify loose materials before water reaches interior finishes.
We review stains, missing materials, lifted shingles, flashing, vents, and roof edges to identify the areas tied to the concern.
We compare the visible symptom with nearby roof details so the plan addresses the source, not only the interior mark.
We explain which materials and sections need attention, then prepare a clear plan for the agreed work.
We restore the planned roof materials and connected details while keeping the construction area orderly.
We review the repaired area and project details before handover, so the next step is clear.
A few details help us understand the roof concern before we discuss the repair scope.
We map the leak concern, affected roof parts, repair scope, and handover details through clear project planning.
We manage roof repair details from assessment through construction and final review, keeping connected work aligned.
We coordinate roof repairs with related exterior construction, installations, and finishing work when the project requires them.
After experiencing water damage in our home, we needed to replace all our flooring, some kitchen cabinets, and redo our primary bath. Linda and her team truly saved the day after a disappointing experience with another contractor. She worked closely with us to choose the perfect tiles for our bathroom and find flooring that suited our home. Her contractors did exceptional work, from leveling the floors to installation and cabinet remaking, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Linda answered all our questions along the way, and we cannot speak highly enough of the work she and her team performed!
Overall I enjoyed working with Linda and her team. Even though there were no major redesign of spaces and I knew exactly what tile/fixtures/cabinets etc I wanted I still was appreciative of her insight on certain details and choices. It was very easy to collaborate with her. She makes an effort to be in-tune with a client. She was very responsive and took care of everything that needed attention as soon as she was able too. She made sure that I was listened to and taken care of as a client with her subcontractors. I would work with her again.
Linda and her team did an excellent job! We would highly recommend them. We hired her for a kitchen remodel and asked for a very tight timeline. She delivered and we absolutely love the result. She was very commutative and available to us. Thank you Design and Build NW!
Tell us where the leak or roof damage appears, and we’ll discuss the property, access, and repair scope during a Free Consultation. We’ll then outline the next planning step.
A ceiling stain has returned after a past patch, so the visible mark may not show the full entry path. Flashing, vents, and nearby shingles need review as one roof area. We’ll trace the concern, explain the likely repair scope, and outline the next step during a Free Consultation.
Missing shingles or lifted edge materials can leave nearby roof layers exposed. The repair decision depends on the affected section, connected flashing, and any water signs inside the property. Photograph the damage from a safe position, then share the details so we can plan an inspection.
Water marks in a commercial space can affect operations, finishes, and access around the work area. Roof access, the leak path, and the condition of nearby materials all shape the repair plan. We’ll discuss the property, access needs, and repair scope before construction begins.
